Create and manage your BZZR account

Your BZZR account is free and takes about a minute to set up. It's the same account whether you're claiming a migrated Rangers subscription or signing up fresh — and it's what you'll use to sign in on your phone, the web, and your TV.

Create your account

  1. Download the BZZR app (iPhone, iPad, or Android) or go to https://bzzr.com
  2. Tap Sign Up
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Create a password
  5. Check your inbox for a verification email and confirm your address
  6. Log in — and you're ready to watch

If you're moving over from Victory+, the simplest path is to create your account with the same email address the Rangers sent your activation link to. It isn't required, but it keeps everything tied together and makes it easy for us to find you if you ever need help. For the full activation walkthrough, see Rangers Activation.

I didn't get the verification email

This is a common one, and it's usually a quick fix:

  1. Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. Verification emails often land there.
  2. Confirm you typed your address correctly. A small typo (like icloid.com    instead of icloud.com   ) means the email went nowhere. If you spot a typo, sign up again with the correct address.
  3. Resend it from the sign-up screen.
  4. Give it a few minutes. Some email providers are a little slow to deliver.

If it still hasn't arrived after all that, you can try a different email address — nothing is permanently tied to the one you start with. And you can always reach us at Contact Support and we'll help.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and follow the steps to reset it. You'll get a reset link by email (check spam if you don't see it).

I signed up with Apple and now I can't be found

When you use "Sign in with Apple," Apple can hide your real email address behind a private relay address. That's fine for signing in, but it can make your account harder for us to look up later. If you contact support, just mention that you used Apple sign-in and share your name and any details you have — we'll track it down. Reach us at Contact Support.

My access disappeared / I don't see the Rangers games

Nine times out of ten, this means you're signed into a different BZZR account than the one your Rangers access is on. It happens easily — for example, if you created one account and redeemed your code on another.

To fix it:

  1. Sign out.
  2. Sign back in with the email you used when you redeemed your code (often the email the Rangers wrote to).
  3. Look for the Rangers games again.

Still not there? We'll find the right account for you — see Code Help for more on this, or contact us directly at Support. If you can see your account but the game just won't play, head to Troubleshooting.
