Everything you need to know about paying for BZZR, fixing a declined card, canceling, and getting a refund if you were double-charged.

What payment methods can I use?

BZZR accepts credit cards and debit cards. You'll add your card in the app or at https://bzzr.com when you sign up (or, for migrating monthly subscribers, during onboarding — though you won't be charged until August 1; see Monthly Billing).

My card was declined at checkout

Let's get this sorted. Most declines come down to a small detail:

Double-check the card details — the card number, expiration date, security code, and billing ZIP all need to match what your bank has on file.
Confirm the card has funds available and isn't expired.
Try again, or try a different credit or debit card.

If your card still won't go through and you're confident it should, don't assume it's on your end — reach out to us at Contact Support. Let us know what device you're on and, if you can, include a screenshot of what you're seeing, and we'll help figure it out.

I already paid for BZZR before I got my activation link — did I pay twice?

You shouldn't be out of pocket for access you already had. If you set up and paid for BZZR before realizing your Rangers subscription already covered it, contact us at Contact Support. We'll refund that charge and apply your Rangers access going forward, so you're covered without paying twice. Just share your account details and we'll take care of it, then follow up by email once the refund is processed.

Can I cancel?

Yes, and it's simple:

Monthly subscribers can cancel anytime and keep access through the period you've already paid for.
Annual / Season Pass subscribers have comped access that runs through the season-end date (September 27, 2026) — see Annual Billing.

There's no cancellation fee and no penalty.

Will I be charged during my comped period?

No — nobody is charged during their comp:

Annual subscribers aren't charged anything during their comped season.
Migrating Victory+ monthly subscribers aren't charged until August 1, 2026, when monthly billing begins — even though your card goes on file at onboarding.
New monthly subscribers who sign up directly on BZZR are billed in 30-day cycles from their sign-up date.

A note on refunds for the mid-season switch

If you're asking about a refund related to the timing of the move from Victory+, the Rangers are handling those requests directly, and they'll be sharing more details.
