How to cancel your Rangers subscription

We'd hate to see you go, but if you need to cancel, it's quick and you're in control — no phone call required and no cancellation fee. Here's exactly how, and what happens to your access afterward.

Where to cancel

Cancellation is handled on the BZZR website, at https://bzzr.com. If you usually watch in the app, no problem — your same login works on the website too. Just sign in there with your BZZR email and password.

Step by step

Go to https://bzzr.com and sign in.
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
Choose Settings.
Open the Subscriptions tab.
Under Team Seasonal Passes → Active, find your Texas Rangers subscription.
Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.

That's it — your cancellation takes effect right away, and you won't be charged again.

On that same screen you'll also see helpful details for your subscription, like your next charge date and when the season ends. (If you just want to update your card instead of canceling, use Change Payment Method on the same screen — see Payments & Refunds.)

What happens to my access after I cancel?

You keep watching through the rest of the term you've already paid for — canceling doesn't cut you off immediately.

Monthly subscribers: your access stays active through the end of your current monthly billing cycle. After that, it ends and you won't be billed again. For how monthly billing works, see Monthly Billing.
Annual / Season Pass subscribers: your access runs through the season-end date (September 27, 2026), the same as it would have. Canceling stops any future renewal but doesn't shorten your current comped season. More in Annual Billing.

Will I get a refund when I cancel?

Canceling stops future charges but isn't itself a refund — you keep the access you've paid for through the end of your term. If you think you were charged by mistake or double-charged, we'll make it right; see Payments & Refunds. And if your question is about a refund tied to the mid-season move from Victory+, the Rangers are handling those requests directly.

Changed your mind?

If you cancel and decide you want back in, you can resubscribe anytime from the same Settings → Subscriptions screen. If you have any trouble, we're glad to help — reach out at Contact Support.
